We are looking for ambitious and diligent Junior Consultants to plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients as well as lenders. This involves amongst others corporate acquisitions and disposals, independent business reviews (IBR), refinancing, short-term cash flow and working capital management, but also covering value-enhancing portfolio management projects. You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction. Including the participation in meetings with the client, target management or other advisors involved during the project (lawyers, bankers, strategy consultants, etc.). Your team members (from the senior to the partner) participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team as soon as possible.

We are looking for ambitious and diligent Analyst or Senior consultants to join our Strategy and Operations BeNeLux practice.

 The team executes operational due diligences, post-merger integrations, value creation projects, carve-outs and operational turnarounds in the context of acquisitions, disposals or operational restructurings. 

 As an Analyst or Senior Consultant, you will work together with experts from various fields (transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services) and will mainly focus on providing a strategic and operational perspective during a wide range of transformation projects:

•  Rapidly identifying and analyzing key risks and opportunities in terms of strategy and operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, etc.), while formulating operational solutions;
• Integrating the impact of your strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, closely collaborating with the transaction services, valuations and restructuring teams;
• Developing implementation plans and initiating the first actions; 
• Preparing presentations and/or reports for key stakeholders (e.g. board members, investors, M&A advisors, and C-suite management);
• Reporting to senior team members on the day-to-day developments of your tasks;
• Being responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard. 

As an Associate in our tax team, you will advise our clients with the direct tax aspects of a transaction. 
You will work on a variety of (international) assignments, such as:

• Carve-out and acquisition structuring
• Due diligence
• Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)
• Tax modelling

Our clients are mostly Belgian and international Private Equity players, as well as larger corporate accounts.
