We work closely together with other international top-tier firms on cross-border matters outside our home jurisdictions. Our independence allows us to team up with any foreign law firm to suit our clients’ needs and preferences.
We have a friendly, informal culture at Stibbe. We try to give as much feedback as possible (for which we have an (litteraly) open door policy) in a critical but constructive manner, as this is a good way of learning. Once a student has applied, we go through the profile and motivation letter. If we see a match, we will contact you for a first interview with HR. After that first interview and if there is still a match, there is an interview with the partner of the practice group you are applying for, and a third interview with (some) of the associates from that practice group. This way, you get to know your potential colleagues, and you can ask the very specific questions regarding the team, work and life of Stibbe.
We offer a wide range of juridical and non juridical courses (internally or externally given), together with language courses. All this is facilitated by our Stibbe Academy.
