After you submit your application, including your CV and cover letter, we will contact you to schedule an initial interview. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to share more about your background, and we will provide an overview of Sofics. If both parties agree to move forward, you will be asked to complete two assignments. After reviewing your work, we will provide feedback. If the process is successful, we will extend a formal offer, allowing you to finalize your contract and arrange your start date at Sofics.
From your first day with us, you will receive all the training needed to confidently work on client projects. If you ever require additional training, it will be provided as needed to support your growth.
