When a candidate applies, we discuss the possibilities internally. We will then contact you to schedule an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition Partner. After this conversation, we decide whether or not to continue with this person. Afterwards, there will be a second, technical meeting where both the fit in the team and the technical knowledge are tested.
