Our largest project is LBLOD where we assist the Flemish Government to redefine the data exchange with local communities based on a linked data editor.

When an applicants profile demonstrates interest in open source and linked data technology we invite the applicant for a first online interview to assess interest. In a second online round we provide a simple coding exercise (30 min- 1h) to see how applicant thinks and tackles a problem. In a third online session applicant and redpencil employees can ask questions to each other. When all is ok a contract proposal is provided.
