The recruitment process depends on the position the applicant is applying for but here is the usual/ most used recruitment process at Henkel:
- Screening: the recruitment officer select or not your profile.
- “After screening”: the Hiring Manager has to validate or not your profile.
- Phoning: If both the recruitment officer and the Hiring Manager approved your resume, you will have a first phone interview with the recruitment officer.
- Interview: if you pass the phoning, you will meet and exchange with the Hiring Manager.
- Offer: the recruitment officer is calling the selected candidate(s) to make them an offer.
