Henkel is an international FMCG company founded in 1876 in Germany. Currently, we have more than 53 000 employees and our Trunover was of more than 21 billions euros in 2022.

We are active in three business areas: cosmetics (Schwarzkopf, Fa, Syoss), laundry and home care (Persil, Le Chat, Dixan), and adhesives technologies (Pritt, Pattex, Loctite).

We do everything from production to distribution and thus we offer a large range of internships and junior positions (marketing, sales, HR, law, engineering, communication etc.).

Henkel corporate culture is based on people, flexibility and internationality

Indeed, Henkel is an international company, with offices in 79 countries, where all culture are valued. All employees are encouraged to discover international mobility if they want. More than just geographical mobility, we encourage position mobility. Employees can thus move from a marketing position to a sales one with formation and accompaniement.

Thanks to that, Henkel provides a healthy, rewarding and full of opportunities working environment

The recruitment process depends on the position the applicant is applying for but here is the usual/ most used recruitment process at Henkel:

  1. Screening: the recruitment officer select or not your profile.
  2. “After screening”: the Hiring Manager has to validate or not your profile
  3. Phoning: If both the recruitment officer and the Hiring Manager approved your resume, you will have a first phone interview with the recruitment officer.
  4. Interview: if you pass the phoning, you will meet and exchange with the Hiring Manager.
  5. Offer: the recruitment officer is calling the selected candidate(s) to make them an offer.

Henkel provides Graduate Programs all around the World. More over, all employees can use the internal training plateform with continuous formation.
