GEOxyz is an international survey company specialized in hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical and topographic surveys for the on-, near- and offshore industry. We deliver accurate, reliable, actionable and high quality data & reports, which enables our clients to design, construct, and maintain their infrastructures.

As a fast growing company we look both at junior profiles straight out of school or more experienced people with relevant experience. We keep the application process simple with a first exploratory talk to align on expectations of the candidate and what GEOxyz can offer. We often zoom in from general conversation in which people explain their experience and preferences to one of the several open positions that we believe could have the potential. If we feel there is a match, we move forward to a second and final interview after which an offer is made. 

GEOxyz invests in its employees on many levels: safety, operational procedures, processing & reporting automatization, … As we are working on or close to water, our people on board all receive training to achieve the highest safety levels. As a company we encourage the training of junior starters from the most basic to the most advanced level of excellence. We do this with a combination of inhouse onboarding programs, external trainings and a lot of ‘on-the job’ opportunities to gain additional experience.
