If you enroll in our traineeship, you'll start with a two-week boothcamp of full-time trainings to understand the market, the job and the expectations of customers. Afterwards, bi-weekly trainings and drills will stay part of your personal development. These trainings are given by the Managing Director of Belgium, or the CEO himself.
