Job description

As part of a client team you will advise corporate HR teams on the personal income tax consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound) and assist individual taxpayers (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situation.

You will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities and assist employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects like tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation.You’ll experience how the advice you provide to a client impacts the day-to-day practicalities and vice versa. 

You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization .You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.

Who are you?

  • You have a master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation. 
  • You are graduating this academic year, or you have up to 2 years of experience.
  • You have an appetite for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe.
  • Accuracy, a critical mind-set and good writing skills are embedded in your DNA as well as a practical and hands-on attitude.
  • You are well-organized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines.
  • You have a drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit.
