About the Role:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between financial business operations and IT solutions. Your primary focus will be on helping organizations optimize their financial processes by analyzing requirements and translating them into effective business solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs align with the company’s broader financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements through interviews, research, and workshops.
  • Document and interpret financial business needs into actionable insights.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending software solutions.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and contribute to business cases for new initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of financial processes and business areas.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of business solutions.

Who are you?

Required Skills:

  • Master in IT or Business
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between financial stakeholders and IT.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Interest in financial business processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting).
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis and BPMN.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
