Nike’s innovative & sustainable logistics campus is looking for Supply Chain Analysts to join our team! Our Supply Chain Analyst thrives to balance out capacity, cost, and sustainability by building insights with data while having our customer always in the center.

Analysts will act as the voice of their departments in x-functional projects, interact with different stakeholders and translate complex information into business insights.

What you will work on

We invest in our talent and offer possibilities for flexible career growth across ELC and world. Our Supply Chain Analysts work within the following departments:

Transportation Network Operations (TNO):

Running, improving, and developing our Transportation Network to serve our athletes is more important than ever. We are accountable for getting the product to the right place and time in a reliable and sustainable way, whether it is to the final consumer, wholesale partners, our retail or DC athletes.

As our Analyst you will coordinate projects and lead the implementation of change by presenting and communicating effectively. KPI’s (Date of Delivery, Complaints, Sustainability etc.) are constantly evaluated to ensure Customer Satisfaction. You'll support in selecting new partners and creating strong, long-lasting relationships.

Examples of our future focus include: the development of the multi-node network, running & improving our operations for export countries and Move to Zero on Carbon & Waste.

FLOW management

Flow Management plans and responds to the shifts in supply and demand. We connect different operations teams, and we bring together the right decision makers with the correct information to deliver our consumer promise.

As our Analyst you are responsible to analyze and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes and orchestrate X-functional logistic flows.

An example could be a major Event like an Olympics Launch or a huge Digital Promo that might face challenges due to a capacity constraint. You and your team will help to find solutions and make the best use of logistics capacities to serve the market efficiently. Accurate and data driven approach will enable you to make fact-based decisions and recommendations, powered by analytics.

Distribution development

We are growing and scaling our omnichannel distribution capabilities to support our ‘Digital First Supply Chain at Scale’ strategy and will do this in an agile and lean way, with a focus on Distribution.

As our Analyst you support the crafting and implementation of innovative solutions including process transformation initiatives, large infrastructure projects and robotics. You work on a plan with clear timelines, results, and take ownership while supporting X-functional alignment and progress. Working a part of the team, your personal development to grow expertise and experience is encouraged.

Marketplace Distribution Planning (MDP)

Marketplace Distribution Planning (MDP) integrates, synchronizes, and connects with the marketplace and the different distribution centers (DC’s) so the product can flow within the DCs. We collaborate with different teams, aiming to ensure the most optimal flow and use of DC and yard capacity. Together with other teams, MDP monitors service levels towards the marketplace and external partners.

As our Analyst you connect with multiple teams within Nike and ensure we can respond to the constantly evolving consumer needs. You will work on X-DC/campus mid- and long-term improvement projects, by means of collaboration, facilitation, and coordination.

Who you will work with

You collaborate with different partners within our ELC campus, European and Global Headquarters and external partners. The Supply Chain Analyst works closely together with other Supply Chain analysts and specialists and ensures collaborative work environment.

What you bring

• Drive and passion to grow in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain! Relevant experience and/or studies are required for some of the roles.
• A great teammate with an entrepreneurial spirit who brings people together
• You get energized by analyzing data and using your analysis to draft, drive and implement process improvements
• Flexible, positive and solution focused approach, even in ambiguity
• Fluent communicator in English and a true storyteller. Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in Tableau is a plus
