You can switch from a smaller to a larger license plan at any time.If, due to circumstances, you need to switch back to a smaller licensing model, you can do so at any time, and it will take effect on the expiration date of the current license.

Credits in the license plan are always valid for one (1) month. This applies to both the credits included in the license plan and the credits you purchase additionally. For additional credits (purchased separately), the term starts at purchase and expires one month later.

Credits cannot be transferred to a subsequent month. Each new month you get new credits according to your chosen license while the credits from the previous month expire. It is, however, possible to get used credits back if the student did not respond or did not accept. In that case, the credit will be given a new lifespan of one month, provided there is an active paying license at that time

Yes, if a student rejects the contact request, your credit will be returned. The credit will be given a new lifetime, which means it will be valid again for one month, provided there is an active paying license at that time.

Yes, you can buy as many extra credits as you need. There is no minimum number. You can buy several credits at once, or one at a time. Buying additional credits is useful if you are out of credits, yet would still like to contact someone in a particular month.
