If this goes well, the next step will be an interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role in more detail. Depending on the position, you may also meet with a team member to gain further insight into the team dynamics and the work environment.
At B.I.G., we put the personal and professional development of our employees high on the agenda and at the heart of our talent strategy. It is our goal to evolve and grow all our employees worldwide. That is why we launched the B.I.G. University in October 2021.
The B.I.G. University consists of 7 academies, which, through classroom sessions and online development tools, will offer professional training and refresher courses, each linked to their own domain with the aim of further enhancing the skills of our people.
In addition, we also offer all our employees access to the B.I.G. University eLibrary, an online platform giving access to more than 3,000 e-books and podcasts in different languages, covering a wide range of topics and supporting our employees in all aspects of their personal and professional development.
