Together with 2000 colleagues in Benelux, we aim to empower people to snack right through iconic local brands like Cote d'Or, LU, Leo or Prince, complemented by global power brands like Milka, Oreo & Philadelphia. In Belgium specifically, we are market leaders in 3 categories : chocolate, bakery & cream cheese.

Students firstly will get contacted by our HR-recruiter to confirm your interest & have a more informal get-2-know. If your profile matches, you will get invited to to an online assessment (logical & numeric tests). If you score sufficiently here, you will then be invited for a full case-day at our HQ in Mechelen. During this day you will do a.o. a group case, an individual case & an interview with senior leadership. Based on what you showcase this day, our senior leadership will determine whether there's a match with Mondelez or not- after which you will potentially get an offer for our Commercial Traineeship.
