Applications for our 2024 Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) in Belgium will open on October 25th and close on November 15th!
The UFLP is a 3-year graduate program that prepares Unilever’s Future Leaders for business leadership roles by allowing them to carry out challenging tasks and projects in an accelerated learning environment. The UFLP encompasses three job rotations within, and across multiple roles. This entails extended leadership contact, formal training, field sales placements and professional development. There are 2 tracks to choose from: Commercial and Supply Chain.
