OUR JOURNEY
Our mission is to make things happen. We are a consultancy with a conscience. We aim to make the Financial Services industry healthier and more efficient, ensuring that our clients experience real and lasting change.
Launched as Projective in Belgium in 2006, we have grown to now represent five key practices with vast expertise in data, payments, risk & compliance, transformation and talent.
We are incredibly proud of where we are today, but we are certainly not done yet. We still seek partners to achieve our dream. We don’t always plan an acquisition, often they happen simply because we meet a company that shares our ambitions and vision, but most crucially, is also a perfect fit with our culture and DNA.
It is important for us to know who you are and what you care about. Therefore, in an initial introduction call, we will ask the right questions to know what direction you would like to go in.
This will be followed by some tests to assess your learning and reasoning abilities.
During the interview, we will have a chat with you and we will go through your test results and give you the necessary explanations and feedback.
If this interview is also positive, we will make you a financial proposal. Then we will match you with the right company. Once we have found this match, we will sign the contract.
