We develop and deliver smarter logistics and engineering solutions, tailored to each customer's specific situation. Our services range from offering warehousing solutions to designing, building and operating on-site and multi-customer platforms. Our in-house knowledge in terms of logistics, engineering and IT makes us most creative, responsive and fast when it comes to our customers' specific needs. To this end, we decentralized our different activities. We organised our business units to serve specific industries, globally, be it with the assistance of local operations. This structure allows for flexible communication with our customers and fast decision-making by our managers.
Katoen Natie is a financially healthy Belgian group that keeps on growing every day.
For the outside world we are a multinational organization. However, internally we are all small and medium-sized enterprises operating under the same name, Katoen Natie. We have our own unique culture and values characterized by a decentralized and a flat structure. We like to keep things simple and highly value our no-nonsense company culture.
Each business unit has great autonomy, leading to a short-term decision-making process. No endless reporting lines, but individual ownership and responsibilities in the proper hands of each of our employees.
Our application process is informal and short.
Katoen Natie highly believes in on the job learning. That’s why, as a trainee, you will start a thorough operational training in our different relevant departments. Our management trainee programs are characterized by operational trainings and different hands-on assignments developing your persistency, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. You will be faced with multiple challenging situations and gradually will be given more responsibility. After successfully completing your traineeship, you will be assigned a managerial role within the organization.
