You can be responsible for different tasks:

• Accounting & compliance: You will assist clients with their financial digital processes (e.g. preparation and interpretation of year-end-closings, audit assistance, financial statements, tax and VAT returns, etc.);
• Reporting: You can work on management reports, budgeting, analytical 
  bookkeeping, financial health & competitor analyzes and other financial projects;
• Temporary assignments: You will assist in general accounting, internal optimization projects, business & financial controlling, etc.;
• Start-up and scale-up: You will be an active member of the EYnovation ecosystem, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach;
• Finance operations: You will be focusing on centralizing the processes for our clients in a cross border environment and assisting them in the optimization of their finance structure. Moreover you will support on various day to day  finance activities including accounting & reporting. For this, you will cooperate with different EY teams and countries.

Sub-service lines: 

• Audit: your job will be to provide independent verification of our clients’ compliance with accounting principles. You analyze and validate financial statements and critical information. and when risk levels rise, you push the alarm. 
• Forensics & Integrity Services: If the auditor rings the alarm, this team comes into action. They investigate the possible fraud more closely and take necessary steps in close relation with the client.
• Climate Change & Sustainability Services: A company can receive a financial audit, but who will audit the diversity within the company, its sustainability efforts and safety regulations? Our CCaSS-team advises companies on additional actions and new initiatives in this area.
• European Commission Team: colleagues from 20 countries audit on a daily basis the European fundings. 
• FAAS/ CFO Services: This multi-diverse team offers companies – and more specifically CFO’s – a wide range of accounting, reporting and analytics services. Their secret weapons? Meticulous up-to-date knowledge of the latest accounting protocols, deep, sector-specific expertise and a let’s-do-this attitude.
• Central Audit Delivery: As the EY auditors take a deepdive into a client’s financial statements, our Central Audit Delivery team offers them all the administrative support needed.

• Transactions & Corporate Finance: here is a long road between decision making and finalising a deal. At Transactions & Corporate Finance, you take every single step of that road to optimize the end result. From applying your technical, sectoral and account expertise to build a strong solution, to assisting our clients in the negotiations and finalizing the transaction with due diligence.

Our colleagues at Tax & Legal help clients stay on top of their local and global tax and legal obligations and more importantly, enhance their financial reporting and performance. Tax & Legal is such a broad field, that we offer a wide range of specializations within the service line.

• Business Tax Services: Corporate tax is a globally connected tax planning and advisory practice. It combines Business Tax services with a unique combination of specialty service offerings. This enables us to provide insightful, multi-country tax advisory services in a connected and consistent manner throughout every stage of the tax life cycle: planning, accounting, compliance and controversy.

• International Tax Services: The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice is focused on advising corporate and private equity clients on all  aspects of their capital agenda – Transaction Tax ITTS is unique in that it is a joint venture between the Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines allowing ITTS to maximize market opportunities.
