Bij een sollicitatie, plannen we een gesprek in via teams om te polsen naar interesse en richting waar de student naar uit wilt na zijn/haar studies. Nadien volgt er nog een gesprek met een managing partner en volgt er nadien eventueel nog een 2de gesprek, anders kan er een voorstel gedaan worden.
