You will be contacted by phone by one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists for a first contact. You will then have 3 rounds of interview. The first round will be an HR interview. The second will be a technical/functional discussion. And lastly, you will meet someone for the management team.
We want our candidate to enjoy an optimal experience during the recruitment process. So we see interviews more as talks and discussions rather than interrogations. We also want to move forward quickly, aiming for maximum 2 weeks between the first interview and the salary offer.
All our co-workers have access to an online training catalogue. Within your 6 half-days of training per year, you can choose to follow soft skills, languages, methodology, technical or functional trainings. On top of that, you have unlimited access to e-learnings, evening classes and knowledge sharing sessions.
