We help ambitious brands (BNP Paribas Fortis, The D'Ieteren Group, Unicef, Multipharma, ..) and scale-ups (Jeune Premier, Becharge, …) who already have some experience with digital campaigns, but who struggle with identifying and acting upon the next steps to improve.

Here’s how our swift & straightforward application process works:
- Our recruitment team promptly reviews applications to identify promising candidates. You won’t be left waiting—expect to hear from us within a few days!
- If your qualifications match our needs, we’ll invite you for a first interview with our HR manager. In this interview, we'll go deeper into the culture fit & see if you are “agency material”!
- Successful candidates will be quickly moved forward to a final interview at our office, where you'll meet the team leaders. They'll test your hard skills & analytical thinking via a case for you to solve.
- If you are the right fit, expect a job offer shortly after your final interview.

- Clicktrust Academy: When you explore a new channel for the first time, we onboard you first to our CLICKTRUST Academy bootcamp, to give you an introduction to our channels.
- Hands-On Learning: From day one, you’ll dive into the practical application of skills and you can apply what you learned in the CLICKTRUST Academy sessions. You’ll manage actual campaigns and work with real client accounts across various platforms including SEO, SEA, Meta ads, TikTok ads, and more.
- Expert Guidance: Our team of industry experts is your greatest resource. They are there on a daily basis to guide you, help troubleshoot issues, and accelerate your growth in the digital marketing field.
- Knowledge Sharing: Via our bi-weekly team meetings, we try to spread our knowledge as much as possible, share interesting cases, and invite potential partners to work with in the future. This happens between all agencies within the CLICKTRUST Group (Izoard, Lykta, Kwizera).
