Our team of 50 professionals collaborates across five main departments: Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, HR, and Sales Support. We're passionate about fostering talent and providing young potentials with the opportunity to grow and thrive in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in one or more of our main departments, including Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, HR, and Sales Support.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to learn about industry-specific processes and best practices.
- Contribute to real projects and initiatives that directly impact our business operations and strategic objectives.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance your professional skills and expand your industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges and drive innovation in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Wie ben jij?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Sciences, Economics, International Trade, Languages, International diplomacy or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and braveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, German, African, Slavic languages,.) are a plus.
