What will you be doing? 

24 months, three assignments and lots of opportunities to learn and grow. 
 
Our dynamic traineeship offers three immersive assignments across both business and enabling departments, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of how these areas intersect within the aviation industry. 

In our business departments, you willl have the chance to explore roles in: 

• Cargo and Logistics 
• Commercial Real Estate 
• Operations 
• Passenger Aviation 

In addition, you will dive into enabling departments such as Technology & Infrastructure, Strategy & PMO, and Finance & Procurement. Here, you will see firsthand how these departments provide crucial support to our core business departments. 

That’s how you will help Brussels Airport Company :

• become a fully connected economic hub and increase its destinations, passengers, cargo & logistics 
• diversify its business model linked to people, cargo & logistics, data & digital  
• become more sustainable (THE topic in aviation!) 

Wie ben jij?

How special are you? 

• You have a master and max 3 years work experience. Any master will do. We are more interested in your personality and leadership skills. 
•  You say yes fluently. You are fluent in Dutch or French and you speak fluently English. Or you speak fluently English and have a basic level (A2) in Dutch with the willingness to improve your Dutch. 
• You are incurably curious and love complexity. You want to know everything about as many things as possible. The more complex the better and if you don’t know it, you want to learn it. 
• You want to move forward. Stop dreaming and start doing. You want to leave your mark and take big steps, together with us.
