For summer or winter internships, there will be one interview with either HR or the partner(s) of the practice group you applied for.
Our trainees will be interviewed by HR and the partner(s) of the practice group. There might be an additional case and interviews with the (junior) associates.
ALTIUS Academy is a substantive internal training program offering you a supporting roadmap to success. The program is designed to brighten your legal knowledge and to develop your soft skills.
